The EQUATE review program has been expanded to provide consumers with a tool to assess the overall quality of their experience. When an EQUATE member submits a review, it is sent directly to the EQUATE member for response. If the member chooses to dispute the review, it will be placed on hold until it is resolved.
The EQUATE member's response will be visible to the public. The review will be updated in the EQUATE member's profile and, if the dispute is resolved, the original review will be removed.
When a review is disputed, the EQUATE member is given the opportunity to explain their side of the story. Other EQUATE members can provide their feedback on the dispute which will also be visible to the public.
